Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator role provides exposure to all aspects of Marketing and communication for the Journey Group Company, subdivisions, and support departments brands. This position works closely with the Marketing Manager to facilitate the execution of social, digital, traditional marketing, sales and communication strategies.


Essential Functions:                                                                                  


  • Assist in creating internal newsletter
  • Create content for internal communications                
  • Assist in creating internal video communication
  • Assist in creating content for external communications
  • Assist in creating power point presentations for lunch and learns

Digital Marketing

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting key metrics (ROI)
  • Research digital trends to ensure best practices
  • Update website content

Social Media Marketing

  • Create engaging content, imagery and video posts
  • Monitor social media platforms
  • Respond to social media inquiries
  • Monitor and report social media performance
  • Develop social media network with clients and champions

Traditional Marketing

  • Assist in creating print collateral and content
  • Assist in Request for Proposal content and responses
  • Assist in creating power point presentations for interviews                


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of marketing experience.
  • Overall knowledge of digital marketing, social media, print processes and advertising.
  • Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Office programs.
  • Graphic design experience is preferred. Depending on division, graphic design may be required with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong administrative skills. Must be very detail oriented.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications.
  • Demonstrated innovative and creative thinking.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
